Working Principle
The proportional pump is powered by flowing pressure water, with small water pressure loss and does not require any other power facilities. It uses proportional The water power in the pump is the engine, driving the piston and connecting rod in the proportional pump, sucking the liquid additive directly into the water flow and dissolving it. This device moves up and down in a cylinder, and while pressing the water out, the device evenly sucks the additive contained in the bottom container into the water flow through the conduit. The up and down motion is repeated to achieve the effect of evenly and continuously adding additives to

Select location proportional pump The water inlet and outlet must be consistent with the water inlet and outlet of the main pipe.
The proportional pump must be installed with the proportional pump on top and the liquid suction pipe on the bottom.
Fix the proportional pump to the wall or other facilities.
Install the water inlet and outlet of the proportional pump according to the direction of water flow to ensure its tightness. (As shown in the picture)
Install the purpose filter between the water valve and the inlet of the proportional pump.
Bypass installation
When it is necessary to add medicine, close the side valves of the proportional pump and open the valves on both sides of the proportional pump to add medicine.
When the proportional pump starts to work, you will hear a clicking sound. At this time, press the release valve on the top of the proportional pump. When a small amount of water flows out, release it to ensure the doser
normal work.

Adjust the proportion used
The proportional pump can adjust the proportion of additives in the injected water flow according to the actual situation, so as to achieve the best effect of the additives. The specific method is as follows
~_ Loosen the screws, Remove the adjustable adjustment lock from the upper part of the proportional pump.
Preset the ratio of liquid additive to water according to the ratio of the water scale on the proportioning pump
Counterclockwise adjustment is to increase the specific gravity of the liquid additive.
Clockwise adjustment is to reduce the proportion of liquid additive.
The percentage on the proportional pump is calculated based on the final water output of the proportional pump.
Please turn the adjuster until the hole on the adjustment socket is inserted into the notch of the proportional pump.
Press the adjustment lock firmly into the upper notch of the proportional pump until it is fastened together.
Notes
When using the automatic proportional pump, make sure the container holding the liquid additive is not empty!
When initially starting the proportional pump, the purge valve should be pressed down for a few seconds to discharge the existing air inside. During this process, a little water will flow out. After the air is discharged
, quickly close the bleed valve.
During installation and use, ensure that a filtering device must be installed at the water inlet end of the proportional pump.
If the working resistance increases during use, lubricating oil should be added to the piston to increase the service life.
After use, clean the proportional pump with clean water to reduce corrosion and extend the service life of the proportional pump.
